Tellers are pleasant and happy to assist, though. Offices are empty. Where are the personal bankers? Bernadette took great care of me today. Thank you!

She took our identification information for account opening and stated she would follow up with us in two days to open our account. It has been two and half weeks since that conversation. Called and left messages she never called back. Very rude in person and away from the phone. Finally received a callback from another representative today who stated Rhonda never sent the request nor entered our identification information. I have no idea what she did with our personal sensitive information. Poor service and complete run around for a simple task. Bank elsewhere.
