I get transferred and she says oh no sir you will have to refinance to do that.

I checked both scores of the credit bureaus they report to, Experian and Equifax, and found both scores went down because they reported my balance as having gone up, not down. Republic Finance told me that was the mistake of the credit bureaus, not them. Logic tells me that it was their mistake, not the credit bureaus, as both showed my balance as having increased. Instead of fixing the problem, they blamed the credit bureaus. I find that dishonest business practice. When I got the loan, their branch told me they report to all three bureaus. They only report to two. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

What is the difference between interest rate vs APR?
