I went to setup a checking account last week after having some issues doing so online. The lady who helped me took me in at the end of the day and set it up within 15 minutes. She easily could have been annoyed, but was instead super personable and professional.
Branch was clean, but a bit dated. Definitely gave off a 2010 vibe and should be a candidate for an update in Truists next capital improvement campaign.
Take ratings on here from 2+ years ago with a grain of salt (good & bad). There's been a ton of money and work dedicated to addressing post merger concerns. So far I've been impressed (especially with their digital banking). For what it's worth, their digital products are better than Chase's (my former bank) in my opinion. Consider giving them a look if you are in the market for a new bank or just want to support Atlanta's hometown bank.

The ONLY reason why I gave this review 1 star is because they are polite. There is ALWAYS a long waiting time even when there are 3 people in line. I stood in line for 15 minutes, one teller. 2 other individuals walking around. They either need help, or train the little staff that they have to do it all.
