Also the teller that I went to did not even know about this being an actual process for a bank. Why is everyone at this location an immigrant and speaking Spanish to each other to ask questions?

Initial paycheck documents were requested to unfreeze my HELOC and then two weeks later, the branch wanted statements of my current mortgage with Truist, current LOC with Truist, income tax information and HOA documents. I'm not sure if this behavior is INCOMPETENCE or DISCRIMINATION from Truist back office, but I will do everything in my power to found out! We are just getting started. Truist in Chamblee plan on continuously hearing from me until I have completely paid off both loans and have no other reason to care ... Thank you! 🤨
