I came in on a Saturday and waited for half an hour with my 12yo son to open up a savings account to deposit his birthday checks. Instead of taking the time to help us they told us we'd have to come back during the week--when he's in school--and refused to help us set up an appointment for another time. Closing my account.

Don't even waist your time. They are clueless. And very unorganized.

A horrible place to do banking. Yes I have a suntrust account. The people that work at this branch are incompetent and do not care about customer service. When I complained they said it will get better in a few months. What?!?! I won't be banking with suntrust in a few months.
