    Went to cash my check with two forms of ID the girl that was helping me told me she had to make a call meanwhile two other people cashed their check without an account and no phone call was made the girl that was helping me told me she couldn’t cash it I asked her if I needed to call the owner of my work and she told me she couldn’t tell me who she was calling I then called the branch manager and she was not just any help but rude I will never bank with SUNTRUST customer service is horrific

    Update!!! This has not changed with Truist! Even worse. Employees and manager dismissive. Terrible customer service experience. Don't waste your valuable time. Take heed.
