- PTparker thomasAug 13, 20211.0Went to cash my check with two forms of ID the girl that was helping me told me she had to make a call meanwhile two other people cashed their check without an account and no phone call was made the girl that was helping me told me she couldn’t cash it I asked her if I needed to call the owner of my work and she told me she couldn’t tell me who she was calling I then called the branch manager and she was not just any help but rude I will never bank with SUNTRUST customer service is horrific
