They told me they couldn’t replace it and I’d have to have my bank replace it. I told them I wanted it in writing because nobody would ever believe that on a bill with half a serial number. The lady smiled as if she enjoyed that I was upset, I said thank you rather sarcastically because they were rude the entire time, as I’m still trying to open the container she says “take OUR $20 lady and have a great day” as if insinuating that I had gotten money I wasn’t entitled to. How hard is it to check cameras before suggesting I was just trying to get money off of them? I recorded this whole interaction and I’ll be contacting corporate with the video.

No. Interactive Teller Machines can do many more types of transactions than ATMs. United still has ATMs available to do transactions, like withdrawing cash, or making a deposit. United Community ITMs are ideal for transactions that require a personal teller.
