- BWB WDec 31, 20251.0Six or seven employees sitting around talking to each other. I tried to open a bank account. No customers were inside the bank. I had an appointment. They told me to make another appointment and come back later. They said they didn’t feel like helping me.

But today's service was hands down awful, to the point I'm considering moving our business and operating accounts to a bank that will be more efficient and accommodating.

The tellers either are impolite or unknowledgeable, and I don't know which one is worse. Even when talking to the back bankers and management there was no customer service. I am grateful to leave this bank, and hope everyone else does the same or never has the experience that I have had. I would also like to mention that, like many reviews, I have also had my card used fraudulently and been treated as if I was the criminal by Wells Fargo.

Every time I try to make a transaction or manage my account, I run into unnecessary restrictions and frustrating policies that make it clear they prioritize their own interests over those of their customers. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with a bank that acts like it has control over my finances instead of being a supportive partner. Will be closing my accounts.
