I've been banking with them for 30 years, ever since I used to work at SunTrust which was awesome. Needed a notary for sale of a vehicle. They told me they don't notarize anything that has value anymore. We sold the car for $500 and they would not notarize. They referred me to mailboxes etc. Didn't know the guy at all and he had no problem charging me a notary fee and doing a great job! So the old guy I don't know can't do the job just fine. The bank I've known for 30 years can't do it at all. Truist no longer cares about their customers. Truist can sell you a house loan, a car loan, and a personal loan worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. They just won't notarize a document for a customer that they've known for 30 years.

My first experience with Truist in Cartersville, Georgia, I encountered help by Sheila Winters.
She went above and beyond all expectations with financial expertise in my banking needs. I rate her as a top tier banker and am thankful for the professionalism in her banking knowledge!
Also I would like to express my experience with Christina Thurman and Jacqueline Toulon.
They worked diligently as team members in a professional manner from warm welcomes to assisting in other banking needs I had.
All three of these ladies are certainly assets to the Truist Banking business and I rate them all at the highest level.

Over 30 minutes in line at drive through- and was only 3 cars back in that lane. One car stayed at the window for 20 minutes! Then over 5 minutes to deposit 1 check. This is the worst I've experienced, but the wait is always ridiculous.
