- MCMatthew CrowderNov 26, 20251.0I came into the bank this morning around 9:15 a.m. on the 26th I spoke with a teller about depositing some change for my grandmother she is 75 years old and disabled plus sick I was treated unfair and disrespected she told me not to get ugly when I told her I know that I'm calling My grandmother to get the information they needed which is her account number and ECT very improfessional and did not appreciate it I was just trying to deposit my grandmother's money please let this be noted so this don't happen to no one else The teler was respectful but the other woman that assisted was disrespectful which I think was the manager
