- TETodd EdwardsMar 5, 20251.0I agree with a previous post regarding lack of 24/7 helpful services. Pain in the neck. Also what is lacking is a helpful service on-site. They love to act like they are your neighbor or best friend but when you truly need helpful service, it all disappears.
- NWNathan WilsonFeb 25, 20231.0They do not have 24/7 customer service, so if you get a forced password reset (something they don't notify you need to do and seems to happens randomly) you have to wait for the next business CENTRAL time to speak to anyone to fix it. Like why have a brick and mortar bank if I am forced to use an ATM? Why have online services when they only work on banking hours. This is 2023, catch up with society and the world.
