  Ever since they built this new one they SUCK. Don’t waste your time going through the drive thru just go inside, it’s always a hassle and they’re beyond SLOW!! Matter a fact just go to a different one other than Cartersville, if I didn’t like the adairsville one so much and how nice they are I’d bank somewhere else!!!!!

  I’m a local business owner here in cartersville and have dealt with nothing but problems with the manager Scott at this location, and I’m not the only local business owner who has issues dealing with him. He physically put his hands on a customer in the lobby in front of 6/7 people & then today after letting me leave without placing a hold on a check, he then put a hold on it 30 minutes later and his answer to me was “he’s the best white banker in the county” and then proceeded to brag about he knows what he’s doing because he’s opening accounts everyday. Not to mention I’ve had 3 female friends that have worked as this location & all 3 have now left due to the uncomfortable nature of working around the manager at this location and the constant harassment.

  They have 2 draft delays open at the new bank but only 1 person working both of them. The person in front of me was taking forever so I went over to the other side. Didn't realize till I went over there the only 1 person was working both lanes. When the person that took forever finally went on I felt finally I can get my check cashed I have never had to wait so long for someone to cash a cheek in all my life. I had just left the grocery store so I had cold stuff in the back of my car. I never go to the bank on this side of town I always go to the one on Henderson drive. I can say I have never had to wait at the Henderson drive location to get a check cashed.

  The manager is a smart ass, I have considered switching to OZK because of my paycheck but they are a pain in the ass I have cashed numerous paychecks and it seems like the policies change every time, I mean get a grip if I'm cashing checks from the same account every week and your getting all the information off my driver's license, my phone number, my thumb print, you have me on camera and now you want my SSN and make a phone call to my boss of more than 15 years is ridiculous I am wearing company uniform shirts with the same business name as the name on the check all branches are different this one used to be ok but for some reason they can't keep the same teller's so there's that to.
