- EEEJul 26, 20251.0Consistently disappointed by understaffing. The service is fine, it’s just the wait. One or two people can not possibly help everyone in a way that is representing Wells Fargo’s service standards. De better! Hire more staff, it won’t hurt your bottom line that bad.

I’ve been trying to get into a branch for the last 6 months to handle some business, which (I’m told by both drive through as well as customer service on the phone) cannot be handled through the drive through. I have driven to 3 different “local” branches which include Carrollton, Villa rica(25miles away one way) and Douglasville (45 miles away one way) and none have been open for Lobby service. I guess Wells Fargo just doesn’t want to do business anymore. Attempting to not only take a loan out but also open another personal account, possibly even opening a business account as well as deposit a large check… so now what Wells Fargo? Manager or owners or regional directors are not doing their job..Get someone in the branch!!! I’m so over this, seriously considering and looking at another bank. Absolutely unacceptable!
