  I started out at riverside bank. Been a customer 10 years and even kept wells fargo when i moved to Ohio. Once i had fraud out of state. I was refused help Had a car wreck and sent proof of me in hospital. The doubt they said and why my card wasn't stolen was because authorized purchase ls in the middle. I was in wreck endnof November. Anyone who has amazon. Knows i never needed to grab my pursue to make online purchases for Christmas. But because my debit card was used (amazon) and i didn't dispute that. The disputes i did have was automatically a lie. So now I am negative $1500 and i provided proof of my car wreck. This is 100% fraud from the bank. Them not helping customers who provide proof. They want the overdraft fees to collect.

  From the first day I opened my account ive had problems with this bank. To last straw was that they closed my account without my knowledge or permission, now all my mo ey is floating around and I have to just wait to receive it in the mail. After all the fees they charge , this very inconvenient act has no resolution that helps me at all. Unless you want your money to disappear dont use this bank. I should have known when they refused to cash my paycheck without holding it for 4 days , that this banks a scam.

  I’ve been a Wells Fargo customer for years. Today was the worst experience ever I was told my check couldn’t be cashed and I would have to deposit it and not be able to access my funds right away. Never have I had to do this. Cindy was very rude and not helpful at all. Will not be useing this Wells Fargo anymore.
