Always have an attitude, never understand what you're trying to tell them, and they make it seem like you're just ruining their day by driving up to the bank. Even asking a simple question today I got incredibly rude looks and her tone of voice was so unsettling. You're best bet is to avoid the people at the drive thru and go inside and talk to the professionals because the people at the drive thru are NOT professional in anyway.
