She tried to open an account with a check on my account that I had given her for Christmas and you have held my check for $1,000.00 for a month now and accused her of fraud. The mistake was I made out the check to her using her maiden name instead of her married name. Have you bothered to handle this quickly or have you bothered to apologize. No. I will not be treated in this manner and I will be closing my account.
