- JAJohn AdamsJul 30, 20251.0I’ve been a customer of Wells Fargo for several years. My experiences with all branches I’ve gone to have been great! However, there’s one exception. This Calhoun branch has treated me like a common criminal every time I’ve gone there. I spent 22 years as a Police Officer, I’m college educated, and a working professional. Their actions are solely based on the color of my skin. I’ve filed 2 complaints with their Corporate Executives and nothing was done. If you have brown skin don’t use this branch under any circumstances. I live in Calhoun and I’ll do my business with Wells Fargo in Rome or Cartersville. It’s 2025 and this type of nonsense is still going on.

I was told that they did not have any hundreds and they could not make this amount in twenties either. The dalton and Fort Oglethorpe locations were completely unhelpful as you have to have an appointment to walk in and neither will answer the phone. Only good thing about this branch is at least they answered the phone. As soon as I can change my direct deposits I will be closing my accounts with Wells fargo.
