- ABAshley BurekJul 22, 20251.0This branch is absolutely horrible, I have been trying to get in touch with their loan person for weeks. Never get a call back, can’t get an apt. They are always short staffed, this is ridiculous. Someone got me in touch with another loan person at another branch because I can’t get an hold of Amy at this one. That lady at the other branch said she can help you and I just needed to call her and wait in her. I’m sorry I even made the switch to Truist from Bank of America.
