I said, “ok”. 6mins later none of the oh so many appointments showed and I was directed to her desk. She looked for every reason not to open the account. I totally understand being thorough, doing your job, etc, but to MAKE an issue is a real cause for concern for someone to be a banker. Nonetheless I went to another location and opened the account with zero issues. Mina should not be the one assisting business owners!

Instead of telling me upfront, he wasted over 20 minutes with pointless talk, only to say that both owners had to be present. It felt like he was just making excuses to avoid helping me—really terrible service.

It’s been august 29th and still have not received it back nor to the beneficiaries They said because my name sounds close to name on sanctions list they have to hold it for a bit. They messed up my home closing and money is currently no where to be found.
