Trust the bad reviews. This branch is the worst. Beyond bad. Mistake after mistake. Employees are rude. Manager is nice, but it doesn't make up for the tellers mistakes and rude behavior. I'm done with Truist.

Absolute worst bank in the history of banks. If you want to be nickel and dimed to death with fees and enjoy wasting hours to solve problems that shouldn’t even be problems then this is the place to be. You would honestly be better off just flushing your hard earned money down the drain. Hopefully people will wake up look at their statements and see how bad they are getting screwed over. Run away from this brand and you’ll be happier immediately.

Locked out of online banking twice in a month. The automated system said they were closed, and hung up! It's a holiday weekend and I don't have access to my money. Every time I've gone in the branch, they've done the hard sell to try to get more money, loans, credit cards, etc. What good is a bank if I can't access my money?

I called to ask a question & the lady who answered the phone had an attitude and was rude. I asked her to help me on the app & she declined to help me.
