- AJAndrew JacobDec 9, 20251.0Went in looking to open an account and didn’t even make it past the front desk. Tina was very rude and unprofessional. I came in at 3:30pm when they close at 4:00pm because I work full time and that’s when I could come in. I asked Tina if I could sit down with someone to look at opening an account and Tina seemed very annoyed and uninterested. Almost annoyed that I came in so late. There was a company counting coins behind us that was very noisy so I asked if we could go somewhere that was more quiet and she refused when I could barely even understand her but looks and body language told me everything I needed to know. So I grabbed my things and left. TINA is the reason I will never go back.

It’s really frustrating, especially since there are limited branches. This experience in addition to the customer service has made me stop using them as my primary bank — I only keep my account open to manage my auto loan. The fees are also ridiculous for a credit union.

Tina “helped us” and she didn’t know how to do anything and had to keep asking for help, and both her and the older lady with the pixie cut were so incredibly rude and unhelpful it was ridiculous. Tina has the worst attitude and should not be in customer service. She refused to give us a copy of a document we had to sign, she couldn’t answer any of our questions, and we even had to come back because she did something wrong, yet she was rude when we had to waste more time driving back. Do not bank here unless incompetent, clueless, and rudeness appeals to you.

Ridiculous. Especially for having to find a way to get off work early just to get what I needed done.
