I went by to renew CD's, one lady was in her office servicing customers. No tellers, no one else around. After waiting a few minutes, I walked to the back of the bank, seeing another lady in the break room. She said she'd help me in a little while after she finished her lunch. A gentleman came from the back holding a ratnest of wires. Said to take a seat and he'd help when he finished whatever repairs he was working on. REALLY?!! You need to do better.

The lobby is still not open to customers, causing people to drive or walk through the drive thru. Customer service is subpar at best. Seriously considering switching banks.
