- MBMarie BeebeSep 26, 20251.0You can see why this place has 1 star reviews. We drove an hour and a half to get there to open another savings account and add my sis in law to it. We were told by the branch here in Savannah that all we would have to do is sign a pad, not a big deal. We get all the way there and they tell us they have no one that could do that in the building. I then ask for the branch manager Yukia Fuller and she said she couldnt do it either. WHAT branch manager cant open another savings account? She was visibly upset when I told her I would put this on Facebook and do a Google review. Her business card also lists her as the SENIOR ASSISTANT VP. What bank would have someone in this position that cant open a customer another savings account. This was on a Friday and she asked us to come back on Monday. Seriously, all the way from Tybee? Needless to say, we went on a Saturday and were told again by a Savannah branch that it wasnt a big deal, without an appointment and all we had to do was sign their pad.
