Im opening a new grocery store in Buchanan called Moonie Mart. I needed a checking account quick and they got me setup easily and we're very friendly. Highly suggest business checking at this location.

Instead of offering a friendly, empathetic experience or providing additional context regarding the decision to reject my alternate form of ID, Deborah decided to be curt with zero bedside manner. Is this really how you treat local small business customers or were you just having a bad day and thought your abrasive attitude was appropriate? A stark contrast to the corporate customer support team I called right after who were not only apologetic about my experience, but also provided procedural context to the branch rejection - which is valid had that information been provided versus how I was not informed and treated in-person. I came back with my passport and was assisted by another representative who was both helpful and friendly. Looking forward to banking here regularly as it is my local branch, and making a point to avoid this contemptuous coordinator like the plague.

Im asking all people of color do not support this Racist Branch
Ihad papers that needed to be notarized and the bank teller said she wanted to look over the papers and said no, we are limited to what we can notarize. I tried asking for the manager but of course they were busy, so I called and still no luck I was told that they are busy. I believe that its racism at its best. I called Bremen library and asked if they could notarized my papers and asked if they are going to read it over and they replied, we will notarized it and will not read over the papers, just have your ID and sign the papers.
