Made you feel welcome unlike most Corporate places have lost their mind with The way the treat there customers . After the last 12 months of insanity this was wonderful. Outstanding customer service that says it all .
- JJJoshua JarvisMar 16, 20182.0The teller staff is generally friendly and given the small town nature of the branch it's tough to give this review. The place is usually empty and they have a little mini-coffee bar, so it's got all the trappings of a good small town bank. However, I have had a very small non-profit checking account here on their "FREE" checking. However, if you go 12 months without a transaction they will begin to debit your account $5 a month. While that's shameful enough it's not what caused me to write this review. I called to inquire about this silly policy and found that the 800 number has no authority to change or cater to customers, it comes down to the branch manager. When I reached out to the branch manager I'm told she's in a conference room with a chuckle. To date I've never received a phone call with a "I'm sorry but it's policy" cop out answer or any return phone call. Because it's "only" $5 I figure that's what it's worth to them.
