We avoid banks as much as possible to avoid the nit-picking fees that they apply and cold hearted employees we always end up communicating with. But unfortunately you need a large national bank to cash a large check or for a few other reasons. Same as always they have applied several unnecessary overdrafts after we set account to not overdraft! Resulting in hundreds of dollars in fees and account being closed! Now we have a $50,000 + check which they took a week (should have been 24 hours at most) to hang out now for weeks! Thanks Truist for keeping up the Big Bank Theory true as always!
