- GSGabriela SheffeyNov 13, 20251.0I have had a security thing on my account prior to someone who stole my bank info so then it wouldn't let me have a mobile banking app on my phone during the time on to see what I had in my account which was a nuisance. So they waived that overdraft fee from my bank then she put a note to not to give me anymore overdraft waves then my bank let me overdraft AGAIN knowing I didn’t have the money then got hit with TWO more 36 dollar fees from this bank after she put the note not to waive the fees anymore, this was before I got the app to see what I actually have in my account which they told me I couldn’t. I finally now got the app back because I had to go in bank with four kids to set it all back up. so I can finally see what exactly I have in my account now, and asked them to waive the two overdraft fees they charged me. They need to pay me back my money. they won’t waive two overdraft fees which is insane. It’s weird that she (I’m tempted to put her name) put a note not to waive an overdraft fee but then hit me with TWO. nice move money pit! They let the bank go negative to charge you to get money off of you. I also talked to a lady and told her not to let my bank go negative when they’re is ZERO in it. Then talked to another lady she told me that didn’t happen and that lady lied to me. I will be going to a different bank if this is not resolved. I have to say count the money you spend on your cards because I do not trust this bank. Numbers change a lot too. I’m going to be looking more into this. Been calling for days and got a call back right before 5 today so I couldn’t call back again because they were closed. Unprofessional. The people in Murphy nc are way better than these people.
