  Very nice and helpful staff! The Bank has stopped paying interest on the savings account! The Bank charged me a service charge on my checking account? I do not know why? I am 87, I have direct deposit, I try to keep a high enough balance. Looks like they do not want customers? It has been suggested that I should find a Credit union! Ate they better?

  The people that work at this bank are so professional and kind. They really are there to accommodate everyone. Glad to be a part of this bank

  Twice now I've disputed charges and twice now they came back with "you authorized the charges". They're of no help when you have a dispute. Also I was told I'd have the same kind of account as I did with heritage, which was no fee checking, but they've been charging me $12.00 a month. I'm switching banks!

  I would have given a zero but it's not an option. The ATM didn't give me all of my money and it was on a Sunday so I couldn't call anyone. There was no number on the ATM so I had to Google the bank on my receipt but there's no answer.
