- SOSpaced OutOct 3, 20221.0Firstly theyâve handled this merge horribly. The whole system has been down since Friday and theyâre still down today as of Monday. The ATMs are down as well ,almost nobody has any access to their bank accounts or hasnât gotten their new card in the mail. I havenât been able to tell how much moneyâs been in my bank account so I havenât been able to pay any of my bills. The staff have been extremely rude about the whole situation. Overall this experience was extremely unsatisfactory and Iâm going to be switching banks.
