    Wells Fargo, I kindly ask that you avoid judging a book by its cover. I recently came in to deposit a check, and an employee, a light-skinned dude, began questioning me about the large amount and the size of the check, acting like a detective. I believe it is the bank’s responsibility to verify the check, and if there is an issue with the deposit, the bank should contact me directly. despite his concerns, the check was successfully deposited. In the future, I ask that staff focus on their roles and respect customers without unnecessary scrutiny. Additionally, I noticed this employee staring at my account information as I entered my details at the card reader, as if questioning why I had a certain balance. His behavior seemed sneaky and unprofessional. I felt compelled to make this complaint because if anything fraudulent happens or if my account is compromised, I want to ensure it is addressed promptly. While I am sharing my experience transparently, I want to emphasize the importance of professionalism and respect in all customer interactions now I’m being judge mental lol.

    My husband tried to cash a check from one of his customers today. The teller told him we didn't have enough in our checking account to cover it but they did not bother to look at our savings or investment accounts which had "all" our money/savings. We have never kept a lot in our checking account so we can take adva and of interest rates in our other accounts. She went so far as to call over another person and they slipped him a note saying we didn't have the funds. How dare them treat him like this! This branch has become the worst one I have ever seen. I will be transferring our accounts to another institution. So sad these people are so rude to their very long time customers.
