- SLStephanie LooseSep 6, 20251.0I opened a bank account on August 22nd. On that same day I provided my certificate of trust as I wanted my account put in my trust name. It is now approximately 3 weeks later and I've yet to get my account in my trust name. I have sent three emails to the person I dealt with. I have left messages on their Facebook account.

They don't greet you, don't inquire, don't reassure, don't speak just stare at you like you walked in on them in the bathroom. Speaking of, yall don't have enough sense of urgency to not have public restrooms at this branch. If you need a teller your good they are their first priority HOWEVER don't need a banker... we piled up like sunflower seed shells. After being the third to leave I went to Smyrna where EMMANUEL was very much helpful and after he swiftly helped me link my accounts he pointed me to a clean convenient bathroom

I have a business account with this bank and I'm in the vending machine business they refuse to count loose change less than $3.00. Samuel is very rude and has a disrespectful tone. If you are in the vending machine business this is not the right bank to open up a business account with. Actually, they deserve 0 stars!
