- VWVanessa WithersMar 14, 20221.0They are the absolute worst! I have gone in 3 times over the last year to get gold coins so I can be the tooth fairy. If they don’t have them in their drawer they REFUSE to check the vault. The first time I went I had to BEG before they would look and when they did they had hundreds of dollars worth. They just want to sit and be lazy. They don’t stand to help and they act like it’s a huge inconvenience to help. I am trying to create magic and they make it so difficult because they don’t care enough to try to help. I have never been in another bank or branch where they are so dull and care so little about their jobs. TRASH. The only good person in that whole Place is the sweet lady in the drive thru!
- 5550shadesofreddJun 21, 20171.0This is the most congested BANK I've ever been in ,also the outside ATMS are lines waiting. ...They are super slow and seem they the Tellers are just lagging along on purpose making everyone uncomfortable. ....Never go here around the first week of the month....Sheer Madness....it's Ridiculous, they need a larger branch or better system of operation.

- SLsuzanna LytleMar 7, 20142.0very slow long lines this location has the most teller booths yet only two or three are ever open. any other location has four or five people available for customer service.they don't smile they rarely will say two words to you its poor customer service all around. my opinion take five extra minutes and go over to north augusta that branch is much faster and friendlier.
