Here is some highlights workers doing nothing and make you wait. Switched from my estatements and refuse to switch me back so they can charge me extr. Online banking making my deposits disappear for days and trying to give me bounce check fees. ATM stealing my debit card and no one answering emergency lines. Call locations only to get a call center that has no idea what you are talking about

One time I went to the bank it was ten mins before they closed, and they was closed early I watched the bank next door open for the nex ten minutes .the bank did have quality and customer service ,not no more ,terrable bank
