The most sorry excuse for a company ever. And let's not forget they can't take phone payments. Hello it's 2017, get with it. Bunch of loan sharks is all they are. Making it as inconvenient as possible for hard working people to take care of anything. Saddest part is, they do this even when you pay them. I'd leave a no star rating if it were possible.
