- AGAllison GarnettDec 16, 20251.0I just left Heights and the young lady at the front desk, Lisa is not professional at all. She is rude and acted as if I, the customer, was bothering her. I have been in business for 35 years and the terminology she used to describe self employed was inappropriate. She wasn’t friendly and if she was my employee she would be terminated. Then she got on a coworker for making a mistake in 2024. That should have been discussed privately. I will not return or recommend Heights Finance Company to anybody because of Ms. Lisa’s rudeness. Now just in case her name is not Lisa, she was the only white lady in the office on December 16, 2025 at 9:48 am, my arrival time. I plan to file a complaint with headquarters. Ridiculous!

I tried talking to the manager about it and she wanted to give me attitude for her company harassing me?! So now I'm leaving a review. If this company continues to harass me after they fully admitted they don't even have an account associated with my number I will be seeking legal action. I have tried being nice about this. At this point this is harassment and your manager needs a serious attitude adjustment if she's going to continue dealing with customers.
