The young lady, whose name escapes me, sorry, was great enough to helped me solve the problem. Thank you again, you were a sweetheart.

This is the 2nd time this has happened to me at this same ATM, tried to take cash out of the ATM, it processed the transaction but doesn't dispense my money! Meanwhile it charges my account the fee and puts a hold on the money I tried to take out. It takes 1-2 business days for the transaction to credit my account. I have to go to a different ATM to get money out with no problem. Luckily for me I have enough money to wait for the hold to be released, but if someone doesn't, they would be hurting until the transaction clears. I WILL NOT BE USING THIS ATM AGAIN. They are a bank, how is it that they don't have money to dispense???
