I asked her if I could come in around four on any given weekday to talk with someone and she responded, “Well, we close at five…..*silence*” Then she recommended I go to another location. Reading the reviews from here, I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that the customer service isn’t the greatest. It was just such a bizarre interaction.
