  I opened up my business and personal checking and savings accounts with this bank almost ten years ago now and it floors me that they provide the minimum level of service for their long time customers. I have had to come in on 3 separate occasions for a transaction only to now be told there is no one in the office to help me. I need to come back a 4th time after making an appointment. What’s the purpose of a bank branch if no one can service their walk-in customers?

  We've loved this location for years, but today, Ivory went above and beyond to help me with a last minute wire transfer. There were not any appointments available but on learning a bit more about the situation, she moved a few things around and got me in. She didn't have to do that, and I can't say enough how much I appreciated her kindness and patience. This is an ideal neighorhood bank, and one of the things I miss about living in the Highlands.

  Went to cash a check, was next in line and soon as it was my turn (after waiting for about 8mins, the lady walk straight over to a lady that just pulled up in drive thru. Its Atlanta so i cant expect good customer service

  The service at this Wells Fargo branch is always top notch, despite the size of the building and occasional congestion produced by those living nearby. Friendly faces and speedy transactions however, keep me coming back.

  I have always enjoyed the employees and customer service at this specific branch. They have always been exceptionally helpful and pleasant to work with. They have recently went above and beyond for me. They helped me roll an enormous bag full of change to deposit into my account. I didn't know I needed to roll it, I remember being a kid and taking it to the bank and they would pour it in a machine and it was no problem. They told me it needed to be rolled before I could deposit it. I really needed it deposited ASAP so about three employees sat down at a desk with me and helped me roll every single cent. It was so incredible of them, and I could not be more appreciative. If ever you need to actually walk into the bank definitely visit this branch!
