- MMMgordon1969Jun 3, 20251.0This is the worse branch of WF ever they should just close it. In 2025 I shouldn’t have to even walk into a bank especially to just deposit a check. This place doesn’t care about the time or convenience for their customers which is evident by them closing the drive thru. When I asked one day about it they said “Management wanted to banking employees and customers to interact more” Huh? I don’t care about the employees or the bank. This isn’t 1950 where people want to come in and talk to bank employees. Now I have to come into the bank and wait online for some times 30 min to do a transaction that takes less than 3 min. Why not open a specific line for fast transactions kind of like self checkout at a store. Instead this bank is going backwards. If you’re trying to lose customers you’re doing a bang up job because I’m ready to go deal with a smaller bank. Let’s not forget how WF got caught ripping off their costumers a couple years ago as well. Worst bank ever !!

Without fail, they are consistent in their eagerness to help, treat the customer with kindness and expeditious with your business. I drive out of my way to handle my business at this Branch. While every employee here is wonderful, today's experience with Amir Rahman was well beyond our expectations. KUDOS to this branch for running a fine branch.

- PLPaige LevinJun 9, 20143.0In addition to being located on a crazy busy corner, making access in/out a challenge, this Wells Fargo only has a walk-up ATM. Isn't this the era where banks are ramping up virtual banking to save costs?And it isn't like they can't put one in at the drive-thru. I've come here in a pinch. But otherwise prefer the Wells Fargo a short drive away at Lenox and Piedmont in the parking lot of the Spring Hill Suites.
