- CGCERTIFIED GRANDApr 3, 20185.0This is the BEST branch that I've ever visited. I happened to be in Midtown, And I needed to make a deposit and get a cashier's check. The teller who helped me was Bridgette. I had no idea that cashier's checks were $10 a piece. So I asked if an exception could be made, and the teller stated to me that she had to get her manager involved to waive a fee. She brought her manager, Amber over and Amber was willing to make a one-time exception but before she did she and Bridget conversed about what type of account that I had. We found out that based on the direct deposits that I was receiving, I could be converted to a preferred checking account and that would waive any and all money order and cashier's checks fees. I told them that I was interested in knowing about it Bridgette walked me over to a banker and I was able to get my account converted. In addition, the manager, Shamika Martin, the branch manager came over to express thanks for understanding the fees and sitting down with a banker to convert my account. I stated to her that they all have helped me and I greatly appreciate it. If there is any branch that we should go to, it should be Midtown place because they care about their customers. They care about the long run of their customers accounts. Thank you Shamika, Amber, and Bridgette. In addition, all of the ladies are beautiful.
