This site is chronically understaffed - it shouldn’t take 30 minutes of waiting in line for the simplest of transactions. It takes these guys about 7 minutes to cash a check. The agents have to ask a supervisor for help to cash a check for less than a grand. It must be demoralizing to know their billionaire bosses don’t trust them one bit.

I have over 5 accounts with you guys! Stephany Elias the branch operation associate here at this branch denied my withdraw saying it’s a pending transaction when I left two other branches today and was able to withdraw from the same account. Then as I take a picture/video to document me this all she says she will make a complaint to corporate. I HAVE NEVER BEEN RACIALLY PROFILED IN MY LIFE & I SHOULDN’T HAVE BEEN TREATED THIS WAY TODAY. There’s nothing in your policy to say I can’t record how I was treated.

My name on the check had a small error and I pleaded with them to ask that they please cash it and they said no. I asked multiple times and the manager who is Hispanic said no. I was upset and said other banks would make an exception so I feel like they can too, and maybe I need to switch banks and he said and we can make that happen too. Now why would you say that, as if you don’t value me as a customer. Just rude and unprofessional.
