This site is chronically understaffed - it shouldn’t take 30 minutes of waiting in line for the simplest of transactions. It takes these guys about 7 minutes to cash a check. The agents have to ask a supervisor for help to cash a check for less than a grand. It must be demoralizing to know their billionaire bosses don’t trust them one bit.

I have over 5 accounts with you guys! Stephany Elias the branch operation associate here at this branch denied my withdraw saying it’s a pending transaction when I left two other branches today and was able to withdraw from the same account. Then as I take a picture/video to document me this all she says she will make a complaint to corporate. I HAVE NEVER BEEN RACIALLY PROFILED IN MY LIFE & I SHOULDN’T HAVE BEEN TREATED THIS WAY TODAY. There’s nothing in your policy to say I can’t record how I was treated.

The most recent time the line got to around 8 customers and then they called for another teller and two employees that were just sitting in the back came out to help.

According to a representative (reached by calling the local # and was routed a rep in Houston) they’d changed some regulations which is an inconvenience nonetheless a decision made by corporate. I’d be upset if they weren’t so nice during visit, so it kinda made up for it! :)
