- NBN BarJun 23, 20235.0Went to this branch because the branch where i have my account was not much help and did not even bother to look into my problem they just told me to call customer service. Went to this Wells fargo branch which is like 20 mins away from the branch i have my account in, and was immediately greeted by the most accomodating staff. Told her my concern and she went out of her way to hear me out and then look into my account to see what the problem was... and explained clearly to me what the problem was and what i needed to do. To my delight forgot to ask her name. She was the only teller during that time and had a bunch of bracelets on her right arm Thank you very much!
