- NBN BarJun 23, 20235.0Went to this branch because the branch where i have my account was not much help and did not even bother to look into my problem they just told me to call customer service. Went to this Wells fargo branch which is like 20 mins away from the branch i have my account in, and was immediately greeted by the most accomodating staff. Told her my concern and she went out of her way to hear me out and then look into my account to see what the problem was... and explained clearly to me what the problem was and what i needed to do. To my delight forgot to ask her name. She was the only teller during that time and had a bunch of bracelets on her right arm Thank you very much!

Wells Fargo Headquarters sent me a letter and told me there was a bureaucratic problem and I could drop by any Wells Fargo office and fix it. I went there and they told me to do something totally different from what the letter said. They said they could not do anything and told me to mail the letter to a person Wells Fargo HQ specifically told me could not resolve the problem. (Minor credit card holder). Either Wells Fargo corporate or Emory Wells Fargo doesn't know what they are doing. Nice friendly people but either illiterate or very poorly trained. I assume there are checks and balances regarding funds held in their bank but I am a little nervous. ,
