Noya, the GM was kind, helpful, and went the extra mile to help me with a banking issue that no other bank, including my own branch would help with. I'll now continue to drive the extra 10 miles to get the service I received at this branch!
- GNG NovaAug 22, 20251.0They all act like they dont want to work at this branch. They always want to sent you to a different branch like they not part of wells fargo. Poor management. I live walking distance from this branch but I usually go to a different one because the bankers there are either lazy or incompetent. The only thing this branch is good for is ATM transactions.

He asked, me and I said withdrawal, he then asked how much. I tried to be discreet but he asked again. When I said withdrawal, he should have left it at that instead of asking me for the amount. Very unsafe and careless. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!
