    AS OF RIGHT NOW I HAVE BEEN WAITING OVER 10 DAYS for a claim I had to put in because the ATM outside the bank took my money and did not credit my account!!! Even the bank manager confirmed with me that they have been having problems with the atm and has had someone come out MULTIPLE TIMES!

    Lovely team and everyone practices all the necessary measures during COVID. Tamika and Christopher helped me with a few urgent requests (on separate occasions) in order to close a home. They took the time to help despite the chaos created by shortened holiday banking hours. They were both patient, detail oriented, and ever so courteous. Highly recommend this location. You will be in good hands.

    I went to this location for the first time and I just needed to cash a check. I was given weird looks while I was at the drive-thru window and another teller (maybe a manager) came to the window and refused to cash the check. I asked why and I was told I had insufficient funds in my account. I knew this was not true so I asked about my balance. The manager then said I did not have insufficient funds but I could only deposit the check into my account. He could not give me a reason why I could not cash my check. He also acted as if he did not want to return my check so I could go to another branch. Finally, I got my check back and went to the location on the corner of Piedmont & Peachtree (near Terminus Building.) This is the branch I usually go to. Their customer service is excellent. The second branch cashed my check with no hassle at all. Clearly there is a difference in training that needs to be addressed. I do not suggest using the Cheshire Bridge location. My first impression was a bad one. Save yourself the headache.
