I came in to handle business and I'm giving a Hassle I don't understand why but I'm just a working mother trying to handle my business but when I came into this bank I'm giving a hassle about receiving my funds that belong to me when I was instructed to come here to get them off my thing is you never know what the next person is going thru with the world being the way it is there's no need to give people a hard time I understand that everybody has a job to do but you should never make anyone feel uncomfortable and She most definitely did it!

They require you to go online and sign up for a special appointment in order to do basic things like update the name on your account. It’s ridiculous. Such poor service. UPDATE: I scheduled an appointment online and came back. Once there they told me what I needed to do, which is merely change the name on an account, would take an hour and that I had only scheduled a half hour appointment. So, I apparently have to book another online appointment for another day. Again: terrible service. Nice employee but I literally just need the bank to do its job. It shouldn’t be this challenging. I’ve booked an appointment with Truist.

This branch you really stay in line for a long time and a lot of elderly come to that branch of the senior highrise across the street. I really don't like to go in there because of the time you're there. Looks like they're always short of staff like the other Wellsfargo's.
