I hadn’t waited long, when I saw Kevin Cogdell in lobby. I asked if Yolanda the manager was in and he said not this week, but let me see if I can help you. He called me in his office in 2 minutes and began working immediately to help me with my situation. It was regarding a closed safety deposit box and a now closed location and he went to work on phone getting assistance to help me get contents back. Very impressed, as customer service is not common at this level anymore.

But they confirmed that they rejected wire money and did everything two weeks back. This bank is always creating mess with everything, no matter what you want to do at this location.
