  My experience appears to be the same as others’. I’m sure it’s not the teller’s fault but they are woefully understaffed. If you have to go inside make sure you have at least 45 minutes to spare. Seriously. If you can’t do it at their ATM go elsewhere. This is awful customer service. And it keeps on getting worse. 11-7-23. No bankers. No one will even talk to you. 0 stars. L

  The manger Giselle was very rude she spoke to me unprofessional kept looking at her watch to see the time and we came before closing time which was 4:00pm I been a client of wells Fargo for 10 years and never been treated like that.

  I made a deposit today. The Teller said that the amount was incorrect. I had added it up on my calculator at home several times and told him to check again. Still not right! After the third time, then he says, Oh, yes your amount is correct. He explained that the machine did not pick up one of the checks for some reason. Then, he could not print out my receipt. I had already been there for 30 minutes and had an appointment that I was now late, so I told them to just mail me the receipt. I called Customer Service when I got home and was told that the receipt would take 5 - 7 business days to get to me. Not a good experience for just making a simple deposit.
