  Wells Fargo is the worst bank I’ve ever experienced. I opened an account online as a new, first-time customer, and somehow the account was linked with outdated phone number, address, email, etc from over a decade ago. It took several weeks of calling in daily and a visit to this branch to get it straightened out, and finally another several days to actually receive my card. In that time, the deadline of payment for the transaction that I initially opened the card for had come and gone, and I was forced to put my transaction on other cards with other banks. I spoke to Joxavier in this branch, who informed me that she would put a request for the balance transfer fee to be waived since it has been such a poor experience as a new customer and, if Wells Fargo had done their job correctly, there would be no need for a balance transfer. I have tried to contact Joxavier and my escalation claims manager several times every week for weeks now, and have not gotten an answer or a returned call. Customer service just keeps telling me the fee is in the terms and conditions, and no one actually cares or will listen. I don’t mind paying fees that I rightfully owe, but it would be great if Wells Fargo could just own up to their mistake and do right by their customers. I regret ever opening this account. Wells Fargo is the worst!

  Repeatedly disappointed in the service at this branch. They don’t put the customer first. So sad that this prime location is so poor in their service. I will only use the ATM here from now on. So disappointing.

Parking can get a little tight during peak hours, but overall the accessibility is good, especially given its location near restaurants, offices, and other key Buckhead spots. A solid and reliable place for handling your banking in one of Atlanta’s busiest districts.
