- MPMichael PageDec 22, 20251.0When’s to this branch this morning concerning some fraud issues with my account. I stood there waiting for about 30 minutes before the banker/manager asked what I needed. After explaining, he told me to have a seat. I sat there for about an hour and he never came back to help me. There were very few people in the bank and this guy was basically standing behind the counter watching the other bankers. If he in fact is the manager, he’s in the wrong profession and needs to be let go ASAP! I waisted 1.5 hours of my day trying to resolve this issue after spending a few hours last night and several more hours this morning with Wells Fargo reps.

I will raise money and rally outside the location until the city rids it's license to operate here It's a horrible bank. All around the city every location has a 1.9 rating. They even offered everyone in line water (something is better than nothing). Overall I've always had a good experience whenever I go in there.
