    Horrible customer service! Save yourself a trip and bank online. The leadership is very unprofessional. Its sad, this branch use to be great! Will not return.

    I am very disappointed that I had to go to 3 Wells Fargo Banks to find one with drive through window open. I am dealing with a knee injury and have a walker so mobility is an issue at this time. I can only imagine how difficult this window closing is on our handicapped population. Come on Wells take care of your customers! Note I have been a customer for 35 years and am pleased with the service I get when I get into the bank but I do not appreciate this lack of consideration for your customers who are dealing with mobility.Open windows and I will give you 5 stars.

    Not a very nice place. I couldn't get a deposit slip unless I stayed in the Branch, I was making a deposit for someone else who had an account with them however I was asked for a Wells Fargo debit card. Lastly during the process the manager came over to the teller working with me and checked everything out as if I was a criminal. Gezzz

    I had an excellent experience at my local branch! Jacob was incredibly helpful, patient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I also had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Leatrice, who was just as wonderful—professional, welcoming, and truly committed to great customer service. This branch is a perfect example of how banking should be done. Highly recommend!

    Horrible customer service. One customer, me , 6 employees not working , 20 minutes before closing , just wanted to add wife to account ….all said you have to se an appointment….no one wanted to help …. Didn’t even pretend to care …. Taking my 32 year relationship and 7 accounts and investments elsewhere where at least corporate teaches people to at least pretend they care!
