  The worst customer service … i avoid this location at all costs . They Never have more than 1 person at the window . When u go here expect to be here at least a half hour … the worst !

  I went into Wells Fargo on Moreland Ave in Atlanta yesterday to open a new account. The customer service here was the best I have seen in years. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly—the tellers, the security guard—everyone! I got my account open, and completed a transaction at the teller window and it was a great experience. Thank you all for making fantastic first impressions of Wells Fargo bank!!

  This bank is the ABSOLUTE worst! I'm considering closing my accounts because of the services my grandmother and I received and my belief that this is common practices at all Wells Fargo. Normally, I handle all of my affairs online but when I'm assiting older family members we visit the branch. The manner in which my grandmother was treated was unacceptable. The APD officer that works at the branch was the best service the branch offered. On multiple occasions the police officer assisted my elderly grandmother out of car, and held the door for us. When we visited the branch on July 10 we were told to come back. No one told us to schedule an appointment so we didn't. My grandmother struggled to get out of the car and nearly fell, but it was imperative that we handle what needed to be handled. Once inside we had a seat in the lobby area and 5 mins later a young lady, Nikita Bonds, comes out and tells us that she's not seeing anyone without an appointment because she was the only banker at that location. We couldn't go to another branch because it was a struggle getting my grandmother in and out of the car, so we waited nearly 3 hours to be seen. The kicker was the banker, Nikita Bonds, put another young man in front of us. Now he may have had an appointment but considering age, mobility and the task at hand it would've been easier and made logical sense to get us out of the way considering that it took less than 20 mins to add me to an account. Then in the middle of helping us she gets up, walk away and extend our wait time by an additional 20 mins. There was no compassion, courtesy or customer service offered.

  Always clean and friendly people. Close to Aldi's, Subway and Sonic's. Well lit area when dark and parking lot in front and back. Best Wells Fargo this side of town.

  I go by this Wells Fargo location which is the closest to my job and they are definitely short staffed but I was willing to be patient. I walked in there trying to make an appointment with a Banker for that reason. I only had a few simple credit information questions. I left my name and number 2/3 weeks ago and have not been called or helped in any way shape or form. Will not be returning. This location is about to shut down in any second.
