Of course, per usual with Wells Fargo, they tell me they can’t notarize my document because their notaries aren’t available. I’m getting really angry at this point. I’ve been trying to get 1 document notarized for a week and a half at 4 different locations, and all of them keep telling me the same thing. No notary has availability. It’s absolute bs

Closing an account here shouldn’t have been such a hassle, but it is when unprofessional staff and untrained online support don’t even know their own processes. Listening to employees call each other to navigate and grapple with their own corporate support tree while you’re there in person was a special event in and of itself. The only thing of value at this location was the lesson of never banking with Wells Fargo again. 5 stars, this nightmare is finally over.
